- 1–5 days across the UAE. Orders confirmed before 2 PM GST are dispatched the same business day.

- AED 150. Below that an order cannot be placed — this is a minimum-order rule, not a delivery charge.
- Packaging
- A plain, unbranded outer box carrying only the delivery label. No store name, no product name, no imagery.
- Order confirmation
- Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch, so an address or item change can still be made at that point.
