Most delivery pages tell you how long something takes. Fewer tell you what actually happens between paying and receiving, and that gap is where the anxiety sits — especially on a first order. Here is the whole sequence, in order, with what you can control at each step and what you cannot.
The steps, in the order they happen

Step 2 is the one people skip past. It exists so that nothing goes out wrong — but it also means an order you do not confirm does not move. If you have not heard from us, check WhatsApp before assuming a delay.
Why confirmation comes before dispatch, not after
Cash on delivery means the courier is collecting money at the door, not the site at the point of order. That changes the risk: a parcel that goes out on a wrong address or a wrong amount comes back at our cost and arrives late for you. So we confirm first.
Practically this means two different clock starts, and the difference matters when you are estimating:
- You confirm your own order — it enters the dispatch queue immediately, and a confirmation before 2 PM UAE time means it leaves that business day.
- We have to reach you first — the clock only starts once we have confirmed the details with you. An order placed at 11 AM but confirmed at 6 PM goes out the next business day, not that one.
A compact item that ships in the standard plain box — nothing about the timeline changes with what you order.
The parcel itself, before it reaches you
The outer box carries the delivery label and your name. No store name, no product description, no logo, no pictures. That is true for every order regardless of what is inside, which is also why the box gives no clue about the contents to anyone who handles it.
The courier asks for you by name rather than announcing what they are delivering. If someone else in the building receives it, they receive a plain box with your name on it.
At the door: what to check before you pay
- 1 Check the outer box for visible damage before handing over cash. A crushed or re-taped box is worth a look.
- 2 Check the amount against what you confirmed at step 2. It should match exactly.
- 3 Take the parcel inside before opening it, rather than opening it at the door — the courier does not need to see the contents either.
- 4 If something is wrong, refuse the parcel at the door rather than accepting and returning it. Refusing at handover is the cleanest route.
What the minimum order rule actually means
There is a minimum order of AED 150, and it is a minimum-order rule rather than a delivery charge. Below that figure the checkout will not let the order through at all — it asks you to add more items. Delivery itself is free on every order that can be placed.
This is worth knowing before you start because it is the one step where people get stuck at the end of the process rather than the beginning: the cart is full, the address is in, and the button will not go.
When something goes wrong
A parcel that arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, is handled through the same WhatsApp thread you confirmed on.
